  • My name is Carlee , I feel my Mother is the best because when things aren’t going right for her family she’s always there to support her 4 kids. She has been the breadwinner making sure we have the things we needed. She’s a great supporter, she smiles even though things can be difficult. She a very loving and giving woman. In my eyesight she a ROCKSTAR!! Her smile is GOLDEN. My most memorable memory is when Hurricane Katrina hit my Mother made sure her family and friends were safe and out of harm’s way. I seen her struggle to get back on her feet and she helped everyone get relocated after the Katrina disaster. I always wanted to thank her for being strong and caring.❤️

  • my mom worked very hard to provide for all 3 of her children, she had crazy hours and we raised ourselves a lot of the time. however, there would be days where she would stay home from work and skip us from school and we would all lay in her big bed together and watch all our favorite movies. she would order us pizza for dinner and read us our favorite books. those days were rare, but they meant the world to us. i get weapy just thinking about how wonderful those days were to me. and i am so happy i carry that tradition on with my own children.

  • My Mom painted my room when I was away at camp, pink with curly stencils on the top. Even the air was pink in my room!

  • My mom and I have always been really close. She’s the person that I always seek approval from. Sometimes we’re so alike that it actually freaks some people out. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times we’ve been thought of as sisters when in public. I always try to go out of my way to make things easier for my mom because she does way more than she has to and that’s why she is and always will be my role model for when I decide to have children.

  • My mom is my absolute hero. She raised four kids and when I was 16 years old, we lost my dad who was also the breadwinner. She had been a stay at home mom. This is when I saw what a hero was. This woman got three jobs she held down while still being the best mom in the entire world. She turned her heavy volunteering at the elementary school into a paraeducator job while working in the deli at the grocery store and delivery driving at night. Eventually us kids grew up, as I am now 31. And she is officially retiring from the elementary school this year at 64. I live for the time we get together. She is all I have left. We bond over puzzles and great movies. I still remember her sharing Are You There God, It’s Me Margaret as a young girl. (My moms name is Margarete so it felt close to home). Would love to share this film with her now as a way to go down memory lane together.

  • Hi my name is Jennifer and my mom and I have a great relationship. She has been there for all three of us kids. She raised us herself as best as she could. She has dealt with losing her oldest daughter to two types of cancer at the age of 38.

  • My mom is very caring to me, we pretty much do almost everything together. We love each other very much I don’t know what would I do without her in my life. But anyways, because of all the hard work she does by raising me and taking good care of me, she deserves the best and be rewarded once in a great while.

  • My mom and I like to go to the beach together. We’ve been to the ones in our home state of New Jersey as well as Maryland, and Florida. Our favorite vacation together though was in the Bahamas where the sand is soft, the water is warm, and there is lots of candy to enjoy.

  • My mom is my best friend, she works so hard for me and my family. She could really use the time for me and her by ourselves she deserves all the time in the world, she deserves everything but a daughter can only do so much for her mom I want to do everything for her because I love her and this could be one of those things she deserves one of these things. Thank you for reading

  • My mother was always too busy with her life to make herself happy. She had kids quite young and not on purpose. She never took me to these American stores so it was just this year when I had my first “kid in a candy shop” experience. I’m 15 and I can’t pay for food and my mother is still unemployed. She has a big sweet tooth and loves holidays since they’re excuses to spend a bit of money on candies and treats. I haven’t been out with her in a few years, but every year we’ve tried to go to California or go travel out of state and come back with treats from wherever. Though this year it’s not looking like we can afford to, I’d like my mom to be able to try treats without feeling guilty. She and I used to play chess and drink tea while trying a candy from some place new, I’d like to be able to do that again some day.
